I write two very different kinds of music. As a small-time creator, I don’t have the luxury of enough time to promote two accounts under different names. I’m going to trust that those who’ve found their way here understand that humans have many facets. As an adult, mine include both kid-friendly and what-happens-in-the-night-club-stays-in-the-night-club.
Music in the Light is radio-broadcast-friendly. This will include figure skating inspiration songs, theme songs for my books, aviation songs, and general pop. This is the equivalent of G and PG.
Music in the Dark is the polar opposite. This includes both EDM music that I’d let a teen listen to on up to distinctly 18+ explicit songs. This is the equivalent of PG-13, R, and X.
